Digital Consulting EU LLC does not hold a VAT identification number within the meaning of Section 27a of the UStG (German VAT Act). As a US Limited Liability Company, the company is taxed in the USA (FEI/EIN see above).

Note on VAT for EU customers: For the provision of digital services to businesses in the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism applies (Art. 196 of the EU VAT Directive). For private individuals (B2C) in the EU, taxation is handled via the EU OSS procedure or the respective competent authorities.

Professional Regulatory Information

Digital Consulting EU LLC provides digital services (Software-as-a-Service) and is not subject to any professional regulatory supervision within the meaning of Section 5 (1) No. 3 of the DDG (German Digital Services Act).

Supervisory Authority

There is no specific supervisory authority for the digital services offered.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission permanently discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) as of July 20, 2025. There is therefore no longer an obligation to link to it.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

Digital Consulting EU LLC is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the VSBG, the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to Art. 4 et seq. of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Sections 7 et seq. of the DDG. There is no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific legal infringement is obtained. Upon becoming aware of corresponding legal infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Kombizent is not a hosting service or online platform within the meaning of Art. 3 letters g, h DSA. It is a proprietary Software-as-a-Service offering for the internal business organization of the Customer. No user content is made available to the public.

The obligations under the DDG for online platforms and hosting services (Sections 8 et seq. DDG) therefore do not apply.
